One of a Kind Luxury

Client: Madison Avenue Business Improvement District
Brief: Choose a random object and create a three-dimensional fashion statement implementing multiple use of the object for the One-of-a-Kind Luxury Show.

One of a Kind Luxury, an exhibition done in partnership with the Madison Avenue Business Improvement District, was on view between 60th and 72nd streets from October through November of 2017.  My silverware dress, made of 382 forks, 59 spoons and 2 ladles, and the bag, made of 2 ladles and 50 forks, first stood on the sidewalk in front of Dolce Gabbana on 69th street inside a glass case.
Since then, both silverware pieces have been featured in the “One of a Kind - The Dresses of Madison Avenue”, the “BFA Design and BFA Advertising Spring 2018” exhibitions at the School of Visual Arts 209 East 23rd St Gallery in New York City and on the displays of the RXR Building in Rockefeller Plaza.
